2022: New Year, New Office and New Hires!

At the start of the new year, Feuerstein Kulick moved its office to 420 (no pun intended) Lexington, located in Grand Central’s Greybar building. The NYC offices are home to our growing team - which includes the hiring of 3 new lateral associates. Formerly a commercial litigator at Goldberg Segalla, Claire Hankin joins the FK team as a litigation associate. Claire has been a long-time advocate for cannabis law reform and is currently co-chair of the Westchester Bar Association’s Cannabis Law Committee and a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Cannabis Law Committee. Camille Doom, formerly a debt finance associate at Kirkland & Ellis, has joined FK to be a part of our established cannabis debt practice, to help advise various MSOs, top operators, and alternative investors in some of the most prominent, and largest debt financing deals in the industry. Feuerstein Kulick also welcomes Briony Driscoll from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer to join our corporate practice focusing on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and venture financings.
