Bryan Meltzer is a partner at Feuerstein Kulick and spends the majority of his time representing, and serving as outside general counsel to, leading technology companies, brands, operators, license holders, investors and funds operating in the legal cannabis space. With a business-minded approach, Bryan seeks to provide his clients with value-add services while also protecting their business and legal interests. Bryan regularly provides advice and services to his clients relating to their compliance, corporate governance, fundraising, licensing and employment needs.
Bryan has been featured in, and has contributed to, numerous media outlets and publications, including Forbes, MarketWatch, MJBiz Daily, and CNN Money. Bryan also advises stakeholders and lawmakers about the adoption and implementation of legalized medical and adult-use marijuana programs.
In addition to his focus on the legal cannabis industry, Bryan has extensive experience representing start-ups, major real estate developers/companies, parking garage companies, financial institutions, and professional sports team owners in connection with their commercial litigation and transactional needs.
Prior to joining Feuerstein Kulick, Bryan spent seven years as an attorney at Herrick, Feinstein LLP in New York City. Bryan graduated from Cornell University (B.S. 2005) and Brooklyn Law School (J.D. 2009). During law school, Bryan worked as a legal intern for the National Football League
