At Amazon, Adam managed all legal aspects of the company's food and health supplements businesses, advising key decisionmakers on a diverse range of commercial transactions, regulatory matters, and product initiatives.
As General Counsel and Vice President of Partnerships at a Hong Kong-based family office as well General Counsel at a Bay Area-based venture capital firm, Adam has overseen global legal operations involving early, growth, and late-stage technology company investments, cross-border strategic ventures, tax planning, and general compliance.
