Daniel Rich is an Associate at Feuerstein Kulick who works primarily with the firm’s transactional practice, focusing on debt and equity financing, acquisition financing, and related commercial transactions in the emerging legal cannabis industry.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel interned at a boutique commercial litigation firm during his third year of law school.
While in law school, Daniel served as Business Editor of the Cardozo International & Comparative Law Review.
