Melanie Friedman
Associate
Melanie Friedman is an Associate at Feuerstein Kulick who primarily works with the firm’s debt finance and corporate practice. Melanie assists on debt and equity financing, acquisition financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and other commercial transactions in the cannabis space.
Prior to joining the firm, Melanie worked as a summer associate during her 2L summer and as a law clerk for the firm during her 3L year.
While in law school, Melanie served as a Competition Editor of the Benjamin N. Cardozo’s Moot Court Honor Society and as a competitor and coach for the Philip C. Jessup International Law Memorial Moot Court Competition. Melanie was the recipient of a Jacob Burns Medal for her devotion to Cardozo’s Moot Court team. Melanie was also a research assistant and legal writing teaching assistant.
