DFMK Helps Holistic Win Licenses in NJ

FK helped its client, Holistic NJ I LLC, win one of four new (highly coveted) Alternative Treatment Center (or “ATC”) licenses just awarded in the Garden State. The New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission announced the results on October 15, after a series of significant delays, as the state seeks to expand supply capacity ahead of the launch of its adult use program. The fully vertical ATC license will allow Holistic to cultivate, manufacture and dispense cannabis to New Jersey’s growing medical cannabis population, with the ability to begin selling into the adult use market after becoming operational. The win will provide a huge boon to the state’s medical program, as Holistic brings its experience and expertise to bear in helping the state expand patient access to much-needed medical cannabis products.
