FK at the Kahner Conference

Kahner Global’s 7th Annual Cannabis Private Investor Summit was held on February 2nd in Miami, Florida. The summit featured David Feuerstein on one of the premiere panels, the “The Legal Marijuana Industry: An Update on Federal Policy Reform.” The panelists discussed a myriad of topics including the Cole Memorandum, state protections, and the SAFE Banking Act. David Feuerstein highlighted the legalization of cannabis in New York and its potential impact on the federal level: “Everyone's watching New York. The old adage goes that the states are the laboratories of democracy. I think that is true in the #cannabis space. NY revenue is estimated to be $1.7-2B.” Additionally, several investors and companies attended the invite-only womens’ event hosted by Samantha Gleit.
