FK Wins 432 Park Dispute before the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals

On May 3, 2021, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit affirmed the dismissal of a suit against a Firm client, a world-renowned real-estate developer. The dispute arose from the development of the property at 432 Park Avenue in Manhattan – the tallest residential tower in the western hemisphere, and a property developed as a result of a joint venture between the client and the former Prime Minister of Qatar. Plaintiffs wrongly accused the client of failing to pay them a multi-million dollar “finders’ fee”, and the Firm succeeded in having Plaintiffs’ Complaint dismissed in its entirety before the District Court. In a big victory for the Firm, the Second Circuit unanimously affirmed the District Court’s dismissal in its entirety.
