Ronit Fischer supports the firm's transactional practice on debt and equity financing matters, mergers and acquisition matters and related commercial matters. Ronit brings a tremendous depth of prior experience to the role, having aggressively represented public companies, both in private practice and in in-house roles.
Roni has served as lead counsel on dozens of public and private offerings in a variety of heavily regulated industries, including pharma and financial service industries. Her vast knowledge and understanding of state and federal regulatory compliance and history of collaboration with various government agencies, serves as a great asset in the developing cannabis legal regulatory scheme.
Roni advises both senior management and company boards in sensitive regulatory compliance matters as well as day-to-day operational guidance.
