Anan is a corporate Associate at Feuerstein Kulick. Anan’s practice focuses on matters involving corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, venture financing and related commercial transactions. Anan routinely provides clients operating in the legal cannabis space with general corporate counseling.
Prior to joining Feuerstein Kulick, Anan was an associate at the New York office of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP, where he represented public and private companies (domestic and multinational), emerging companies and nonprofit companies in a wide range of industries including financial services, fashion, insurance, gaming, technology and telecommunications.
