Bryan Meltzer

Bryan Meltzer is a founding partner of Feuerstein Kulick and co-head of the firm’s corporate department. 

Since 2016, Bryan has spent the majority of his time focused on the cannabis industry where he represents leading public and private MSOs and SSOs, funds, investors, brands and technology companies.  With his business-minded approach and thorough understanding of cannabis regulations throughout the country, Bryan brings value to investors and businesses at every stage of the investment and corporate life cycle as he guides his clients on their investments, corporate structuring, M&A, strategic relationships and brand expansion.  

Bryan has served as lead counsel on numerous sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions in the cannabis space ranging from tuck-in to transformative acquisitions.  He also serves as outside general counsel to several cannabis operators and investors.  Bryan also frequently advises mainstream companies and investors who are entering the cannabis industry for the first time, and regularly represents both brands and celebrities in branding and sponsorship deals.

Bryan, along with Feuerstein Kulick, is a founding member of the National Cannabis Roundtable, which is an association of leading cannabis companies and service providers focused on cannabis related reforms at the federal level.  He has been featured in, and contributed to, numerous media outlets and publications concerning various cannabis related issues. 

Prior to co-founding Feuerstein Kulick, Bryan was an attorney at Herrick, Feinstein LLP, where he gained extensive experience representing start-ups, real estate companies, financial institutions, and professional sports team owners.  During law school, Bryan worked as a legal intern for the National Football League.
