David Feuerstein
Co-Founder & Partner
David Feuerstein is a co-founder and partner of Feuerstein Kulick and is the head of Feuerstein Kulick’s litigation department.
David is a seasoned litigator that leverages his significant courtroom experience to efficiently protect clients’ interests in complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation and government investigations. David’s clients include prominent real estate developers, hedge funds, Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, and individuals. More recently, David has used his litigation experience to represent and advise entrepreneurs and businesses investing and practicing in the legal cannabis space.
In 2013, David was named one of the New York Law Journal’s Rising Stars – a group of 50 lawyers in New York City whose hard work has significantly contributed to the law and their communities. He has also been named one of Thomson Reuters’ Super Lawyers (2013-21) and is considered a Top-Rated Business Litigation Attorney in New York.
David has served as an adjunct professor at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he taught legal writing and research. He is also a member of the Advisory Committee for the Heyman Center on Corporate Governance, which strives to raise public and academic awareness of pressing issues in corporate and securities law, and a member of Cardozo’s Real Estate Advisory Committee.
Prior to founding Feuerstein Kulick, David honed his litigation skills as an associate at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, and as an associate and partner at Herrick, Feinstein LLP. Prior to his legal career, David was a professional baseball player in the Colorado Rockies minor-league organization.
