Justin Singer
Partner
Justin is a founding partner of Feuerstein Kulick LLP and leads the firm’s Regulatory Compliance and Licensing practice groups. Justin is among the country’s foremost experts in cannabis licensing, regulations and compliance. His clients rely on him to help navigate complex state and local regulatory compliance issues at every stage of their business - from day to day operations, to bringing on investment or exiting through M&A. He also routinely meets with federal, state and local officials to discuss industry best practices and to help shape state and local cannabis laws, regulations and policy.
Justin has successfully led the pursuit of cannabis licenses on behalf of his clients in highly-regulated, limited-license markets across the country. Justin routinely quarterbacks the application process on behalf of his clients, with a particular focus on creating strong local partnerships and community-oriented operations. Justin’s clients range from well-established multi-state operators to social equity candidates looking to break into the cannabis market.
Prior to co-founding Feuerstein Kulick, Justin practiced commercial litigation and corporate restructuring at Herrick, Feinstein LLP. He graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
