Kristina Ng is Of Counsel at Feuerstein Kulick LLP and her practice focuses on debt finance. Kristina has extensive experience representing agents, lenders and borrowers in complex financial transactions including first-lien/second-lien credit facilities, asset-based loans, senior and subordinated debt transactions, acquisition financings and municipal securities.
Prior to joining Feuerstein Kulick, Kristina advised financial institutions, investment funds, and multinational companies on a broad range of domestic and cross-border matters relating to restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financings at Linklaters LLP. In her prior roles at Nixon Peabody LLP and Ballard Spahr LLP, she represented issuers and underwriters in public finance and project finance.
Representations include financings for:
The Metropolitan Opera, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Inc., Carnegie Hall, The Juilliard School, Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation and the Museum of Modern Art for the expansion, improvement and rehabilitation of facilities used for cultural, recreational and educational activities
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) for capital costs of facilities and systems operated by affiliates and subsidiaries of MTA
The New York State Housing Finance Agency and underwriters for various mixed-use condominium projects and multi-family residential projects
In addition, her pro bono practice includes representation of over 25 clients through the Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund (TLDEF), to successfully petition for name changes in NYC Civil Court as well as work with Amicus and the ACLU in connection with racial discrimination in jury selection and prosecutions of death penalty cases in North Carolina.
