FK Advises Greenrose Holdings Corp. on Recovery from Intercompany Debt

FK advised Greenrose on obtaining repayment for certain promissory notes in Greenrose Associates, LLC, the former sponsor of a Special Purpose Acquisition Company or “SPAC” (a non-party), which is currently known as Greenrose Holdings Corp. (“Greenrose Holdings”). Greenrose Associates, LLC defaulted on the promissory notes. The court entered judgment following a default, granting our clients (i) the full value of the notes, with interest, and (ii) shares of Greenrose Holding Company Inc., which secured the underlying notes.
