FK Establishes Partnership And Structures Transaction For AUCC And AUCP Client

FK successfully introduced a capital and operational partner to an AUCC and AUCP. FK structured the whole transaction, providing necessary documentation and capital of the investment, including working on the lease for the Site B location, a distribution depot in Queens to better service their Manhattan clients. FK’s work allowed and enabled the company to enter the shelves of all dispensaries in New York State.
