FK Participated In New York State Cannabis And Social Equity Investment Fund
Feuerstein Kulick acted as initial primary counsel to a private market investment firm in their investment of $150 million senior secured capital to New York State Cannabis and Social Equity Investment Fund, which seeks to enable justice-impacted individuals who received Conditional Adult Use Cannabis Dispensary (CAURD) Licenses from the New York State Office of Cannabis Management and the Cannabis Control Board to establish, design, and create CAURD dispensaries.
