FK Represents Direct Lender to Licensed Cannabis Dispensary In Times Square NYC

FK advised a direct lender on a senior secured term loan facility to a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) and hospitality company. The Borrower is a CAURD license holder that will use the loan proceeds to operate as the only licensed cannabis dispensary in the Times Square NYC area. The loan proceeds will be used to fund construction and capital improvements on the new retail store in Times Square set to open in December 2024. Project construction commenced in Summer 2024.
