FK Successfully Defeated Plaintiff’s Claims For Injunctive Relief.

Plaintiff brought an action seeking temporary and preliminary injunctive relief against the Borough of Metuchen and our client, Dasco Solutions, LLC (“Dasco”). Plaintiff’s claims seeking injunctive relief requested that the Borough of Metuchen rescind Dasco’s letter of endorsement, a necessary step towards opening a dispensary in New Jersey. FK was able to successfully defeat Plaintiff’s request for injunctive relief and subsequently position the case such that Plaintiff ultimately filed a stipulation of voluntary dismissal with prejudice. In short, FK successfully defended our client’s letter of endorsement and paved the way for the client to operationalize their license.
