Rene Perez is an Associate at Feuerstein Kulick who works in the firm’s transactional practice, focusing on debt finance and other commercial transactions in the emerging legal cannabis industry.
Prior to joining Feuerstein Kulick, Rene was an associate at Ringgenberg Law Firm, where he represented cannabis operators on a wide range of corporate matters and commercial transactions. While in law school, Rene served as an extern at the California Court of Appeal, worked as a legal extern at the Clorox Company, and developed a limited-scope representation program to provide undocumented small business owners access to legal counsel.
