Seth Fiur

Of Counsel


Seth is an experienced litigator who handles a wide range of matters at both the state and federal levels, with a particular focus on complex commercial litigation and cannabis-related disputes.  Seth has litigated in many areas, including merger and partnership disputes, private equity, real estate, constitutional challenges, insurance recovery, antitrust, bankruptcy, contract disputes, and government investigations.  He has also maintained a significant pro bono practice which has included filing amicus curiae briefs in the Supreme Court and a precedent-setting Article 78 proceeding related to parole rights in New York State.

Prior to joining Feuerstein Kulick, Seth began his career as a law clerk to the Hon. Claire C. Cecchi of the District of New Jersey and the Hon. Patty Shwartz of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and has practiced litigation at leading international law firms.  Seth graduated first in his class at Fordham University School of Law and won numerous awards in addition to serving as an Editor on the Fordham Moot Court Board and President of the Fordham Sports Law Forum.  He also currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Legal Writing at Fordham Law School.
