Anan is Counsel at Feuerstein Kulick LLP, where he advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, financing, restructuring, and related commercial transactions. He regularly serves as counsel on both sell-side and buy-side transactions, bringing extensive experience to clients across various industries. Anan has developed significant expertise in the legal cannabis sector, providing strategic guidance to cannabis operators and investors on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and navigating complex industry-specific challenges.
In addition to offering traditional legal counsel, Anan leverages his knowledge to assist companies in advancing their growth objectives and business strategies. His experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the legal and operational challenges faced by clients at various stages of development.
Before joining Feuerstein Kulick, Anan was an Associate at the New York office of a national law firm, where he represented domestic and multinational clients—both private and public companies, as well as emerging businesses and non-profits—across a broad spectrum of sectors, including financial services, fashion, insurance, gaming, technology, and telecommunications.
