Emma Pearson

Emma Pearson is a Law Clerk at Feuerstein Kulick who focuses primarily on commercial litigation, appellate work, and the regulatory framework of the emerging legal cannabis industry.

Emma previously worked for the firm as a summer associate during her 2L summer.

While in law school, Emma served as a Staff Editor for the Cardozo International and Comparative Law Review. She worked as a judicial intern in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court and as a legal extern for the New York City Law Department. Emma was a member of the Women’s Law Initiative and served as a teaching assistant at Cardozo.
