Overview
Jake Berger is a Law Clerk at Feuerstein Kulick who works in the firm’s corporate practice on matters including corporate governance and commercial transactions.
Jake spent his 2L summer working for the firm as a summer associate and his 1L summer as an intern for the General Counsel at a publicly traded company.
While in law school, Jake had the opportunity to spend a semester as an extern for the United States Attorneys’ Office for the Eastern District of New York. Jake also served as an ambassador in his first year of law school to the Cardozo Start-Up Law Society. He also served as a staff editor for the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution.
