Miranda Sapoznik

Miranda Sapoznik is a Law Clerk at Feuerstein Kulick who works in the firm’s transactional practice, focusing on matters pertaining to debt and equity financing, acquisition financing, restructuring, corporate governance, and related commercial transactions.

While in law school, Miranda worked for the firm as a summer associate. She also externed at the Charities Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s Office, served as a Staff Editor on the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution, and was the President of the Cardozo Cannabis Law Society.
