Overview
Ramona Barrett is a debt finance associate at Feuerstein Kulick LLP. Ramona’s practice focuses on representing direct lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporations in a wide range of corporate finance transactions.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ramona worked at various Am Law 50 firms, including Proskauer Rose, Paul Hastings, and Winston & Strawn.
Ramona’s prior experience spans various areas within finance, including management consulting, regulatory compliance, and operations. Prior to law school, Ramona spent several years as a consultant to Fortune 500 financial services companies while at Accenture after interning at JPMorgan in Operations. During law school, she completed an internship in Compliance at Goldman Sachs and later went on to extern within Enforcement at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
Ramona’s pro bono representation has focused on child guardianship, naturalization, housing, and nonprofit matters. She has also successfully represented a former client in an elder fraud case.
