William Travis
Associate
William Travis is an associate at Feuerstein Kulick who works with both the firm’s litigation and transactional practice. He focuses on complex commercial litigation, debt and equity financing, and the statutory and regulatory framework of the emerging cannabis market.
William began his legal career working as a clerk for the Connecticut Superior Court. Prior to joining Feuerstein Kulick, he was an associate for a Westchester-based law firm, where he advised and represented clients in real estate transactions and disputes.
William began researching cannabis law while in law school as a research assistant, conducting extensive research for an article advocating for the removal of cannabis from the Schedule I tier of drugs. He also served as a managing editor for The Tulane Sports Lawyers Journal.
