FK Represented Chicago Atlantic On A Senior Secured Term Loan To Marimed, Inc.
Feuerstein Kulick advised Chicago Atlantic on a senior secured term loan of up to $35 million to MariMed, Inc., a leading multistate operator. The gross proceeds of the loan were used to complete the build-out of an Illinois cultivation facility and Missouri processing kitchen, expand existing facilities in Massachusetts and Maryland and repay seller notes related to a Maryland acquisition.
