Feuerstein Kulick represented Silver Spike Capital, LLC on an Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement for a $35,000,000 million secured term loan to DreamFields Brands, Inc., a leading multi-state cannabis operator, and one of the fastest growing brand in the pre-roll category and holds the title of the bestselling pre-roll in the country, through its brand Jeeter, which operates in California, Michigan, Arizona, with over 40% of California’s market share.
