FK Represents Adult Use Conditional Cultivator And Adult Use Conditional Processor In New York State

FK represents an adult-use conditional cultivator (“AUCC”) and one of fifteen adult use conditional processers (“AUCP”) with the right to extract marijuana into oil for use in vape cartridges, edibles, beverages in New York state. FK successfully facilitated and assisted in all aspects of the negotiation of the partnership between the company and a Michigan operator to provide capital and operational expertise to create a successful JV, which has become a major supplier and player in the New York market.
