FK Represented Leading Lender In Connection With Adult-Use Dispensary Openings
FK advised Safe Harbor Financial on a senior secured term loan facility to a CT cannabis operator to support their opening of a new adult-use cannabis retail store in Bridgeport, CT in Spring 2024 under a brand that does important work aimed at bringing more social equity to the cannabis industry, and all parties involved are excited to support such a great cause.
