FK Advises Private Investor on Successful Sale in Receivership to Acquire Growth Leasing LLC

FK advised Copper Beech Family Holdings LLC on its continued investments in Growth Leasing LLC, an ancillary company that leases real property to cannabis operators in Washington, including appointing a receiver in WA state, and successfully bidding to acquire all assets of the company.  FK continues to advise the company and its current leadership as outside counsel.
